1 Itchy Skin

Apple cider vinegar in a bath, you wonder? Yes, you read that right. It can help you with skin infections, or it can help ease the irritation on your skin. Other than that, it can also help you to restore the moisture in your skin and prevent any damage to it. The best way to use ACV in a bath is by filling your tub with warm water, adding 2 cups of raw ACV and to soak for about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, you can rinse it either with or without soap.

Apple cider vinegar is high in antibacterial properties and thus will eliminate bacteria. This is also how it can work on your skin, for example under your armpits, to get rid of body odor. All you need to do is get a natural bar of soap with ACV or you could apply it gently on your armpits by dabbing it with a cotton pad.
