1 Itchy Skin

Apple cider vinegar in a bath, you wonder? Yes, you read that right. It can help you with skin infections, or it can help ease the irritation on your skin. The best way to use ACV in a bath is by filling your tub with warm water, adding 2 cups of raw ACV and to soak for about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, you can rinse it either with or without soap.
